Our Story
Mira Mace was born from personal experience. Our co-founder, Prashant, spent over a decade battling serious chronic illnesses, falling into every possible crack in the healthcare system—from coverage denials and misdiagnoses to surprise bills.
We’ve spent countless hours on the phone with insurance, navigated care for our own parents on Medicare, and tried every care advocacy service on the market—only to be let down by dropped balls, mistakes, and slow, impersonal answers.
