Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) is a program that can pay family members for the care they are already providing. Your advocate will determine if your loved one qualifies and handle the entire enrollment process — even completing lengthy applications over the phone when needed.
Applying for benefits can be overwhelming — forgotten passwords, complex online portals, and confusing phone systems. Your advocate provides hands-on support every step of the way. One of our advocates helped a patient who was unable to complete an online Medicaid application by guiding her through the portal, initiating a three-way call with the state benefits helpline, and completing the entire application over the phone.
